returns / exchanges
We hope you love your coffees but if for any reason you wish to send it back or exchange it, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the package. Let us know if you would like to return an item through our
Contact Us page. Please send an email or phone call before returning your order so that it can either be corrected or returned. Refunds are issued minus any shipping charges.
Please note that Kopi Luwak, Kona, Jamaica Blue Mt. & other exclusive coffees are not eligible for return, exchange or credit. All sales are final on specific coffees as noted on the product page before purchase.
